I offer 1:1 sessions:
As a holistic grief coach and certified grief educator, I incorporate a mind/body/spirit approach, covering the emotional impact as well as the physical and spiritual facets of grief, if needed.
Where applicable, I can use nutritional therapy to help address any physical expressions of grief you may be experiencing, such as digestive issues, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety etc.
I have personally experienced two traumatic losses so I have ‘lived experience’ of how it feels to be a bereaved mother, a widow and a bereaved daughter. If you would like to work with someone who really understands what these losses feel like, together with my professional support, please get in touch.
