I offer 1:1 sessions:
As a holistic grief coach and certified grief educator, I incorporate a mind/body/spirit approach, covering the emotional impact as well as the physical and spiritual facets of grief, if needed.
Where applicable, I can use nutritional therapy to help address any physical expressions of grief you may be experiencing, such as digestive issues, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety etc.
I have personally experienced two traumatic losses so I have ‘lived experience’ of how it feels to be a bereaved mother, a widow and a bereaved daughter. If you would like to work with someone who really understands what these losses feel like, together with my professional support, please get in touch.
All sessions are held over zoom or skype
The books I’ve written about grief:
‘Love Untethered: How to live when your child dies’ by Vanessa May (published Nov 2022)
‘Supporting Your Grieving Client: A guide for wellness practitioners’ by Vanessa May (published Feb 2023)
(Available from Amazon UK and US, Barnes & Noble, Waterstones, WH Smith, Foyles, IndieBound etc)
Grief.com does not pre-screen clients or grief support providers.
