Tamelynda Lux is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in transformative coaching and hypnotherapy. She has lived experience as the widow of a May-December marriage, which spanned 32 years.
Her unique approach centers on the belief that individuals possess inherent resources for personal growth and simply need guidance to access them. Her expertise extends to critical illness and end-of-life care, advocacy, support, providing compassionate care as a critical illness and end-of-life care doula. She also provides grief, loss, and bereavement support as a certified grief educator and grief companion.

As a Certified Grief Coach, I offer 1:1 in-person confidential support to help navigate the challenges of grief. Together, we can begin to move forward through your grief, we can reflect and guide you towards creating a life that honours your loved one.
I offer a holistic approach to grief for both men and women using companionship and mindfulness practices, while providing a safe space to work through grief, loss and life transitions.
I offer peer-to-peer support for the loss(es) of a parent or sibling.
