I provide individual therapy to adults, 18+, on a variety of issues related to grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, codependency, and self-worth. I prioritize establishing a relationship that is full of kindness, compassion, curiosity, and a sense of humor. Furthermore, I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, and have experience working with various ethnicities and religious and economic backgrounds.
