I am an LMFT, a certified grief yoga teacher ™, and trained in EMDR. My specialties include grief and trauma work, and I incorporate a somatic approach into my sessions. I have worked with survivors of sexual abuse, suicidality, trauma, and in intensive programs (such as wraparound and FSP). After experiencing the loss of my beloved dogs, I found purpose in being of support to other grieving pet owners. Losing your companion is heart wrenching and finding hope can often feel impossible.
