I’m a Grief and Trauma expert helping suicide loss survivors reconnect with inner peace and move towards acceptance and finding meaning with a focus on self empowerment and self care. Grief does not end because the love that you have for your person will always exist. You are infinitely connected. I offer an integrative and supportive approach utilizing Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping), mindfulness, Reiki and Journaling.
