I believe in our heart’s innate ability to bring healing in the darkest of times. My ultimate goal is to help build a safe container for you to process your emotions by intentionally listening, building rapport, and meeting you where you are in your grief journey. Whether you are experiencing the loss of a loved one or a significant life change, my hope is to bring you closer to your heart. Offering individual sessions, all services are provided virtually.
