Hello,
I am a loving, optimistic and heartbroken bereaved parent. Since 2018, I have been navigating grief as a result of losing a child. One step at a time I have managed to rise through the pain and face each day. Through patience, being kind to myself, being witnessed, accepting love and support, and expressing my feelings I have learned to remember with more love than pain.
Having been a health and wellness professional for more than twenty years, I understand the importance of addressing the emotional, mental, and physical aspects of healing.
