I’ve trained over 100 facilitators to lead The Emotional Tour, spreading this transformative experience far and wide. My work invites individuals to embrace their emotional “messiness” and celebrate the full spectrum of their feelings. In a world that tells us to “keep it together,” I’m here to remind you that it’s okay not to be okay—and it’s essential to honor your truth.
