Hello! My own experiences with the losses of my sister, father, mother, stepmother, and 10 year-old daughter shaped who I am today, and it is my life’s work helping others navigate their own grief journeys. I am the creator of Grieving Mommy where I both blog and create YouTube videos about grief, and author of the upcoming book Grief Sucks, but Your Life Doesn’t Have To.
