I am a certified Grief Educator and I currently offer peer to peer support in person or online. I also offer healing through physical movement with Yoga. In addition and as a compliment to your journey i also offer Usui Reiki & Integrated Energy Therapy. I also currently offer full day retreats focusing on creating a space to heal our hearts by providing a variety of tools for you to carry in your “toolbox” to take with you in your day to day world of life after loss. I understand and emphasize the importance of being heard, seen, and validated on your journey of grief. I am here to walk beside you for as long as you want my company because we all know that grief has no timeline.
