Services Offered
I offer compassionate, heart-centered spaces for people navigating grief, loss, and the many transitions that can reshape our lives. My work recognizes that grief is not limited to the death of a loved one—it can accompany changes in relationships, health, identity, dreams, roles, and the life we once imagined.
I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work with grief. As a bereaved parent, I know firsthand that grief changes us, and that learning to live alongside loss is a deeply personal journey. My hope is to offer a compassionate place to pause, breathe, be witnessed, and discover your own way forward. It is an honor to walk beside others as they navigate the many faces of grief and the life that continues to unfold.
