I am a coach and have been coaching for a few decades now. I am a fitness coach, health coach, and yoga instructor. I spend most of my work time, however, as a Life and Relationship Coach.
I lost my son, he was the oldest of four, in 2020 which led me to get my Grief Educator Certificate. I now do a few private sessions in person or via zoom. Mostly, I work with groups of people walking through grief.
For my own healing, I became a trauma informed breathwork facilitator, which has changed my life. This has become a huge part of my own healing practices and with each person/group I work with.
I now host Grief Retreats in the beautiful Mt Shasta, CA through my business 27 Robins. These include general grief and child loss specific retreats.
