Gabor offers various mindfulness, self- compassion and grief groups and courses.
He has been teaching free mindfulness courses at the National Institute of Oncology in Hungary for 15 years.
He is hosting a meditation group both on-line and in person at the National Institute of Oncology in Hungary.
He was a pioneer to bring mindfulness to Hungary and has been trained to teach mindfulness and compassion courses.
He has lost his parents in one year and his grief journey lead him to become a Certified Grief Educator with David Kessler.
