I am a Certified Grief Educator with a deeply personal understanding of loss. Grief is not something I’ve just studied – it’s something I live with every day after the sudden loss of my son, Ryan and my husband previously. These losses have shaped who I am and how I walk alongside others in grief. I know the feeling of guarding your heart, of being surrounded by people yet feeling unreachable. And I know the courage it takes to let someone in again.
As a grief educator, my goal is not to fix your pain but to hold space for it – to offer guidance, tools, and presence as you navigate your own path. Whether your grief is new, complicated, or long-carried, you are NOT alone. Together, we can explore what healing looks like for you, at your own pace, in your own way.
