I provide individual counseling for ages 16 and up. My approach is compassionate and holistic employing techniques that work not only with the mind but also the body where grief and trauma are often stored. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Grief Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, as well as Psychodynamic approach.
I am licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut and provide in person and virtual counseling. My office is base in Cape Cod, MA where I live with my husband and dogs.
