Virtual & In-Person One-on-One Support
Grief can feel incredibly lonely, especially when the world expects you to move on before you’re ready. My Navigating Grief Sessions offer a compassionate space where your story, your loss, and your experience can be seen, heard, and honored.
As a Certified Grief Educator trained by David Kessler, I provide personalized support for individuals navigating all forms of grief, not only the death of a loved one, but also losses related to relationships, health, identity, career changes, life transitions, pets, and other significant life experiences.
These one-on-one sessions are not about fixing grief or rushing the healing process. They are about creating a safe place where you can speak openly, explore the impact of your loss, and gain a deeper understanding of your grief journey.
Together, we will:
- Create space for your story to be witnessed and validated
- Explore the emotional, physical, and mental impact of grief
- Identify practical tools for coping and self-care
- Learn how grief shows up in everyday life
- Honor your loss while finding ways to move forward with meaning
