Grief Support and Grief Coaching. Welcome!
Online individual grief coaching and phone of online grief support are available.
I will meet you where you are in your grief, providing a compassionate, understanding and safe environment where you can share your story without judgment. You do not have to walk through grief alone.
Grief Support
Through phone and online sessions, I will listen, witness your grief, and provide a safe space for you to express what you are experience. When you are ready and want them, I can offer practical skills and tools to help you navigate your grief.
Your grief is unique to you because of your experiences. I understand grief personally. I have experienced the loss of a child, a parent and a sibling. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the many faces of grief and the importance of being heard, supported and accepted.
Grief Coaching
Grief coaching provides a commitment to walk alongside you and help guide you from where you are today toward where you want to be, though 8-weekly sessions. This is with your willingness and desire to live fully alongside your grief.
Your grief is uniquely yours. There is no timeline, no right or wrong way to grieve, and no need to walk this journey alone.
