I have over 17 years of experience in the helping profession, treating individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and phase of life issues. I am a Certified Grief Therapist/Educator, EMDR trained, Certified Telemental Health Provider, and Certified in Brainspotting.
Services Offered
I provide individual therapy with adults (ages 18+). I render services with the following conditions- PTSD, Trauma, Grief, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Mindfulness, and Coping skills, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem Issues, Adjustment issues (Phase of Life issues), Chronic Pain, and others. I offer telehealth services at this time.
