I help people who are grieving and feeling stuck after their loss, whether the loss comes from the death of a loved one (including beloved pets), dementia, addiction, chronic illness, divorce, pregnancy loss, infertility, or life transitions. I partner with you to help you explore how you are feeling, find new ways to cope and make a plan for moving forward as you are ready. There is no right way to grieve and no predictable timeline. It is important to me that during our time together, you feel supported, safe, and accepted. Through teletherapy, I can help guide you through this difficult time, no matter where you live in PA.
Grief is a normal response to the loss of someone, or something, important to us. There may be feelings of sadness, depression, anxiety, confusion, numbness or ____ after experiencing a loss, or anticipating what’s to come. It can feel overwhelming to navigate these conflicting feelings on your own, and I provide you compassionate, nonjudgmental guidance.
Please know that you do not have to go through this time alone. Talking about how you are feeling, making meaning of this time in your life, and finding your way forward is possible, even if this moment feels like the darkest point in your life. It is my sincere privilege and joy to become a trusted companion on your journey toward healing and hope.
