I work as a therapist with adults. My approach is trauma-informed and patient-centered. I combine Somatic Experiencing, Psychodynamics, Attachment Repatterning, Sandplay, and Family Systems. I work alongside individuals to explore, process, and integrate grief and past experiences holding them back from the present moment to move toward life and the relationships they desire.
