I offer grief counseling to adults, teens and children experiencing loss. Loss can be experienced in many ways for different reasons. There are many types of loss: loss of a loved one, loss of physical functioning, change due to physical illness/disability, and loss/ changes to relationship. No matter the loss, it is important to grieve and process your feelings. They all matter.
I offer in-person and telehealth services.
