Nature-based guided healing for grief and life-after-loss support through gentle outdoor sessions, forest bathing-inspired walks, sensory tending, breathwork, reflection, ritual, and creative nature connection. I offer one-on-one sessions, small group walks, and youth/family-friendly support experiences for people who are carrying grief, heaviness, or major life change.
My work is not therapy or counseling. It is a gentle layer of support that can complement therapists, schools, family systems, and other care teams.
