Services Offered
I offer individual counselling and therapy for individuals seeking a holistic therapeutic experience that supports emotional, relational, and psychological wellbeing. My approach integrates humanistic integrative and psychodynamic perspectives, drawing on trauma-informed, IFS-informed, and grief-informed frameworks. My work extends to the wider spectrum of human experience, including anxiety, self-worth, relational difficulties, and the effects of trauma.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, in person and online, tailored to individual needs and therapeutic goals. I practise under regular supervision and am committed to creating an inclusive, equitable, and affirming space for all. Central to my work is the belief that healing unfolds through authentic connection, relational depth, and the safety of a compassionate therapeutic bond.
