I am a licensed mental health counselor in New York and a licensed professional counselor in Connecticut. I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults, through telehealth, who are struggling with grief/loss. I also provide trauma informed care using models such as EMDR and CPT. My clinical foundation is trauma and loss informed, aimed at validation and feeling heard. Therapy is a partnership with the intention of focusing on your individual needs and strengths. I aim to create a space to feel affirmed in your identity, to be your genuine self, free from judgment and shame. I am here to witness your pain and support you through it. Healing will not be linear and I will join you on that path
