My services include 1:1 support online for folks experiencing grief that arises when navigating chronic illness and/or healing from CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome). I offer peer support and hold space for emotions in a container held in mindfulness and compassion.
Additionally, I run seasonal healing grief circles for folks recovering from CIRS.
