I support individuals navigating grief, loss, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions with compassion, presence, and understanding.
Since 2019, I have been supporting individuals through difficult seasons of life as a Certified Grief Educator and Certified Life and Health Coach through the Health Coach Institute.
I offer gentle one-on-one virtual and phone support for those moving through loss, anticipatory grief, major life changes and emotional healing.
My intention is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, validated and empowered as they navigate their healing journey.
