Hello,
I have been in the mental health field for more than 20 years in a variety of clinical settings. I provide individual therapy via telehealth to adolescents and adults in Texas and New Mexico. My areas of specialized clinical focus include but are not limited to, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, post-divorce adjustment and post-traumatic stress disorder. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. I strive to support my clients in navigating through the pain and rocky terrain of grief.
