I offer one-on-one grief coaching for individuals who are navigating loss and feeling stuck in it. Whether your grief is recent or something you’ve carried for years, my work is rooted in one simple belief: you are not broken, and you don’t need to be fixed. You need someone who will sit with you, witness where you are, and help you find your own way through.
I also work with teens and young adults who have experienced significant loss, drawing on my own experience of losing my dad at 14 and my mom in my mid-twenties. I know what it feels like to grieve without language for it, and I know how much it matters to find someone who gets it.
Services include individual coaching sessions, the Carried Forward coaching program, and a free 5-day audio series called Not Alone for anyone who is just beginning to put words to their grief.
