I am a leadership consultant who works with leaders, executives and law enforcement. I spend most of my time working with and alongside leaders who are scaling courage inside of their organizations as a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator by Dr. Brené Brown’s organization.
I am a former operations leader and engineer who left working inside organizations and started a consulting firm to help leaders show up authentically inside organizations. I use a trauma-informed approach when working with anyone.
