It would be my honor to walk alongside you throughout your therapeutic process. I have experience working with clients who are dealing with grief and loss, life transitions, medical issues (self and family), divorce, anxiety and depression. Life can be difficult, and the journey can feel long and almost impossible at times. Throughout our work together you will feel unconditional acceptance and understanding. Using a strength based and person-centered approach we will work together to help you process your feelings and help you find ways to work towards healing while honoring the person/persons you are grieving.
I offer virtual and in person sessions as well as outdoor walking park sessions when weather is permitting.
