My aim is to help and support my clients in working through their concerns and helping them to maximise the quality of life.
My professional stance is based on working with each client as an individual who has their own way of looking at the world. My practice is client led and I work with a number of different models of counselling and psychotherapy, integrating what is required into the therapy according to the needs of each client.
I am available for all types of general counselling but with a particular interest in working with bereavement and loss.
Grief and mourning are intensely personal and unique experiences. It is a rare person who will not be touched by the loss of a loved person or possession at some time in their life and yet each person is individual and will experience their loss in their own individual way.
My goal is to work with a client to find the most effective therapy that helps them.
