I offer teletherapy also known as virtual therapy. It’s therapy in the comfort of your home without having to spend time driving or waiting in the lobby. A wide range of evidenced based practices are used such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialetical behavioral therapy, acceptance committment therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy and mindfulness to treat grief, depression, anxiety, trauma and other concerns. You can call for a 15 mninute consultation free of charge. I also offer services in Spanish so you can recieve treatment in your native language without having to worry about findindg an interpreter.
