I am certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and specialize in helping couples repair and strengthen their emotional bonds. My approach is rooted in compassion and clarity, supporting clients as they explore their values, clarify their boundaries, and move toward healthier, more authentic connection.
I also work with individuals who are processing grief, loss, or major life changes—whether that means mourning what was or making space for what’s ahead. Together, we work to honor your experiences and empower you to move forward with greater self-awareness and resilience.
