I am a licensed psychotherapist with advanced training in trauma and grief. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of loss or life-altering events. Using a compassionate, integrative approach, I help clients process their experiences and reconnect with meaning, strength, and a sense of peace. All sessions are offered via Telehealth, so you can meet with me from wherever you feel most comfortable and safe.
My understanding of grief and trauma is both professional and personal. My own journey includes the deep loss of both a child and a parent.
