I am available to work with individuals in 40 states in the U.S. via telehealth (see https://psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap). I have experience with adults 18-80 years old and a special interest in grief therapy, especially the loss of a parent or pet/animal family member; codependency recovery; family and relationship issues, including divorce; life transitions, such as adjusting to college, career, move, or menopause; men’s issues; women’s issues; LGBTQ+; and trauma recovery.

I prioritize establishing a relationship that is full of kindness, compassion, curiosity, and a sense of humor. Furthermore, I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, and have experience working with various ethnicities and religious and economic backgrounds.
