Grieve2Live offers women a safe and supportive space to navigate grief, loss, and life transitions. My work is centered around connection, community, education, and practical tools that help women feel less alone and learn how to live alongside their grief.
Grieve2Live Support Circle (Virtual)
A small, intimate circle for women navigating life transitions, grief, and all of the tender in-between spaces of life.
Because grief isn’t only about losing someone we love. We can grieve relationships, identities, dreams, seasons of life, expectations, and the versions of ourselves we’re leaving behind.
Over the course of five months, we’ll gather virtually once a month in a safe, confidential space where you can:
- Share openly
- Be seen and heard
- Feel supported
- Explore what you’re experiencing
- Connect with other women who understand
Each Circle is guided by meaningful conversations, reflection, education, and shared experiences.
The following is an example of what the Circle may look like. While we begin with a general framework, the conversations and curriculum will evolve based on the needs, experiences, and interests of the women in each group.
Session 1: What’s Your Grief Story?
An opportunity to share your story and begin getting to know the women in your circle.
Session 2: Feelings
Making space for the emotions that come with grief and transition — even the ones we don’t always know what to do with.
Session 3: Spiritual Connection
Exploring connection, meaning, intuition, ritual, and whatever spirituality means to you.
Session 4: Giving Voice to the Unspoken
Creating space for the things we think, feel, or carry but don’t always say out loud.
Session 5: The Circle Continues — Living Forward with Love
Reflecting on what we’ve learned, what we’re carrying forward, and how we continue to live while honoring what has changed.
This is not therapy. It’s a place to feel, share, listen, connect, and be supported in community.
GLOW Gatherings (In-Person)
GLOW Gatherings are in-person experiences created to support women as they navigate life after loss.
GLOW stands for:
G — Grieve Fully: Honor your emotions and give yourself permission to feel.
L — Love Yourself: Practice self-compassion and nurture yourself through self-care.
O — Own Your Healing: Explore tools, resources, and practices that empower you in your own journey.
W — Wake Up to Life: Rediscover connection, purpose, joy, and the possibility of living fully while honoring what—and who—you have lost.
GLOW events may include guided journaling, creative experiences, movement and mindfulness, spiritual exploration, grief education, self-care experiences, and opportunities for meaningful connection with other women.
Each gathering is different, but the intention remains the same: to create space to pause, connect, reflect, and remember that there is still life to be lived.
Who I Support
My work primarily supports women who have experienced a profound loss and are looking for more than traditional advice about grief.
Some are grieving the death of someone they love. Others are navigating divorce, major life transitions, changes in relationships or identity, or the loss of the future they imagined.
Whether your loss happened recently or many years ago, your grief is valid. There is no expiration date on grief and no single way to grieve.
