I provide individual psychotherapy (clinical mental health counseling) services to help adults navigate challenges with grief, bereavement, depression, anxiety, self-criticism, life transitions (etc) with steady, compassionate, evidence-based support.

I see distress as a meaningful signal—an invitation to relate to ourselves in new and more sustainable ways. Many of us were taught to minimize distress, push through pain, or carry shame in silence. Psychotherapy takes a different approach. Whether you’re returning to therapy or this is your first time, my goal is to create a safe and empowering space conducive to healing and growth. In both short- and long-term work, I check in regularly to ensure our work feels meaningful and aligned with your goals. Being human in today’s world isn’t easy. As a career-jumper with over a decade of experience in corporate and creative industries, I understand how modern work environments can contribute to or exacerbate mental health concerns. Anxiety, depression, burnout, and other challenges are not failures; they are treatable conditions shaped by biological, psychological, and social experiences. Beginning therapy can bring up a mix of feelings, including fear, hope, uncertainty, and relief. As a client myself, therapy has helped me navigate grief, reduce anxiety, and soften self-criticism.
