When you’re in survival mode, the last thing you need is judgment. Whether you’re coming in scared, unsure, angry, or numb, your emotions are welcome here. I create a space where you don’t have to explain or defend your pain. Instead, you can begin to feel safe being exactly where you are. This is the foundation of healing.
