I am a retired OB/GYN, certified life coach and grief educator. I work with clients experiencing both new and old loss, including reproductive grief.
Grief is often misunderstood and feared, compressed into neat packaged stages and diminished with meaningless platitudes. My approach is grounded in both professional training and personal experience. Becoming a grief coach is my way of honoring those I’ve loved and lost. It’s my way of saying: their stories matter. Yours does too. I support and encourage those with loss to both grieve fully and live fully.
