I am an LCSW specialized in treating anxiety and depression. I have worked with several clients of all age ranges in managing work/life stress and relationship issues. I am a certified Grief Educator and specialize in health and aging. Many people find themselves overwhelmed by their thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions. In treatment, we can work together to help you find inner clarity and peace, confidence, long-lasting skills and strategies.
I enjoy mixing different methods including mindfulness and meditation with supportive therapy to empower my clients and get to the root of the struggle. I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort and strive to help my clients get the best outcomes from our time together.
