I am a psychotherapist based in Dublin offering one-to-one therapy in-person and online.
I come from a strong person-centred belief, prioritizing non-judgement and empathy. I work integratively, drawing from various theories and methods to suit the client’s needs. Grief is painful and personal; as a Certified Grief Educator, I strive to offer a mode of therapy which meets each client where they are at and facilitates them to share, heal and grow.
