My experience of grief is a personal one, with the loss of both my Daughter and Father.
I offer accompaniment & support through one to one work, online and in person, group work and personalized retreats.
It is my honour to witness your grief and offer the company of one who has walked this path.
In remembrance of my daughter Issa Ixchel, I also have brought the various threads of my work together, and offer:
‘From the Ashes’: a creative approach to grief, encompassing expression through the arts and personalized ceremony and ritual.
Specializing in (but not limited to): Child loss, Parent loss, & Pregancy loss.
‘Voice Medicine’: a unique methodology that offers empowerment and transformation through creative expression & voice work. Be guided through voice excercises that help to calm the nervous system, reduce cortisol and bring us into a state of calm. Learn to ‘sing again’.
Theta Healing – exploring and dissolving limiting beliefs within a meditative state (Theta).
Casa Ixchel: personalized mini retreats in the mountains of Mexico, designed for individual’s or a couple’s specific needs.
