Mindy Brodsky (preferred pronouns: she/her/hers) is a grief therapist and facilitator dedicated to helping people navigate loss, illness, mortality, and meaning with compassion and courage. Through individual counseling, support groups, expressive writing experiences, advance care planning workshops, and Death Over Dinner conversations, she creates spaces for honest reflection, healing, connection, and legacy-building. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based care and is informed by years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities impacted by cancer, chronic illness, caregiving, grief, and major life transitions.
