Services Offered

I am a peer-to-peer grief supporter, coach, and educator, walking alongside individuals as they navigate the complex terrain of grief and loss. My role is to validate, witness, and honor each person’s grief story, offering a compassionate presence and gentle guidance as they rediscover meaning and hope.

Services Offered:

  • 1:1 Grief Coaching Sessions

  • Facilitation of Grief Support Groups

  • Community Workshops & Educational Seminars

Background & Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse – with postgraduate qualifications in mental health and neuroscience.

  • Grief Educator – newly certified, integrating both evidence-based learning and lived experience.

  • Facilitator – of support groups, seminars, and community grief workshops.

  • Lived Experience – of personal loss, deepening my capacity for empathy, presence, and connection.

My Approach

My values are centred around compassion, empathy, sensitivity, authenticity and hope.   I bring a person-centered approach to grief support. I believe that grief is not a problem to be fixed, but a life long experience to be witnessed. I honour each journey as unique, walking beside my clients as they navigate the many phases of grief and healing.

Whether you are in early grief, feeling stuck, or seeking space to reflect and be heard, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your feelings and rediscover your inner resilience.  I have a faith background which may be beneficial to others who follow a Christian faith.

Client Focus

  • Adults experiencing recent or historical loss

  • Individuals experiencing ambiguous or disenfranchised grief (e.g., estrangement, non-death losses)
