It is a privilege to work with others as they navigate their grief journey. I will meet you where you are in grief, letting you guide the pace of our sessions. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, it is your way. I bring to the sessions my life experience as a bereaved widow, educational background as a certified grief educator and firm belief that you can experience joy after loss. I am currently taking clients individually online, as well as in person groups.
