Grief is not meant to be experienced alone and you are not broken. The internal work of grief is a process, a personal journey. I offer a holistic approach to grief for both men and women using companionship and mindfulness practices, while providing a safe space to work through grief, loss and life transitions.
As a Certified Grief Coach, I am committed to guiding people from where they are to where they want to be, holding them in their willingness and desire to live fully alongside their grief. I offer 1:1 confidential support to help navigate the challenges of grief.
As a Certified Grief Educator & Guide, I am committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief.
I am a non-medical professional who provides emotional, physical, spiritual and practical support to individuals or families during an emotional crisis. Death Doulas empower, educate and offer comfort and companionship whenever there is an illness, terminal diagnosis or impending death.
