Background: Over the past 26 years I have supported adults as they deal with the challenges of life and living. During sessions my goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can discuss, explore and understand your feelings. We work together to find tools and strategies to help, so that living life fully becomes possible again.
The issues we can work on can include mental health, personal life, relationships, culture, gender, disability, age, work and management challenges. I am experienced in providing individual counselling, critical incident-, manager-, group-, and wellbeing support.
Grief & loss: And as certified grief educator I support all aspects of loss, grief and grief related trauma.
Support: Appointments are available via telephone, video call or in person.
