Peer-to-peer support for people of all ages navigating grief. Specialties include supporting newly bereaved, survivors of suicide loss, infertility and pregnancy/infant loss.
I offer a kind, compassionate, respectful place for you to unwrap the layers of emotion that surround any loss, at any age or stage of life.
With a background in relationship-based therapeutic work with children and their caregivers, I provide a safe, caring space to sit and be present as you navigate your way through the rocky terrain of grief. My own lived experiences of loss have taught me that the power of connection and having our stories witnessed can reshape the loneliness of grieving into something transformative.
Grieving is too profound to do alone: with understanding and compassion I can walk beside you down the road towards tending to your grief and finding ways to integrate loss into the life still to be lived.
