I believe that each person is born with incredible strengths that are sometimes buried through their interpretation of life events and personal struggles. We can become anxious, depressed, angry or overwhelmed, while dreaming of the way we really want to live and express ourselves. I can honestly say that each of you has the potential to uncover your true self; to find contentment, self-worth and self-growth. The journey can be rough, at times, but I would like to walk alongside the path with you as you re-discover your dynamic self and achieve your personal goals.

I know how difficult it can be to share thoughts and feelings with a new person, which is why I work to create a safe, sometimes humorous and always supportive environment that encourages self expression through a variety of techniques and the health of body, mind and spirit.
